Refund policy

PLEASE NOTE: All items are made-to-order so I can not accept return or exchange, unless they arrive damaged or defective..

Please contact us before returning any products. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Upon delivery, should you notice an issue with the product(s) or anything else on the order, please email me and I will submit a problem report to my fulfillment facility.

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to my fulfillment facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once I have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return or for any return question, you must contact me at returns@unitytree.com  

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. Misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted to me within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, please notify me no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on my part are covered at my expense.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
I do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
I do not offer size exchanges.

Refunds
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
